Standard Rates

Typically, I will bill your service call fairly based on what was done. I don't just start a stopwatch and do calculations. However, the following "standard" rates will provide a guideline of the most you should ever be asked to pay.

Remote Support: Minimum charge of $5.00 for a remote support request. If the request takes longer than 15 or 20 minutes, a rate of $25/hr will be applied, prorated to the nearest 15 minutes. (For example, a 45 minute service call would be $5 + 12.50 for a total of $17.50.)

In-House Support: Minimum charge of $30.00 for an in-house service call. If the service call takes longer than 45 minutes, a rate of $50/hr will be applied, prorated to the nearest 15 minutes. (For example, a 60 minute service call would be $30 + 12.50 for a total of $42.50). You will not be charged a mileage charge unless you live outside of the Genoa\Marengo\Union area.

Takeout Support: Typically, these kind of support requests will be quoted on a per-incident basis. It is difficult to justify charging by the day\hour, without being unfair. Typically, a takeout service call will be $50 to $75, plus any necessary hardware. But, please contact me for an estimate.
