Recently my laptop computer had major problems. A friend put me in touch with Kirk Schnable. Kirk quickly diagnosed the problems. With my permission he ordered and installed the needed parts. Before he left, he made sure all programs were up and running. Along with being very knowledgeable, Kirk was pleasant, prompt, and polite. He patiently explained the ailments of my computer in words that I could understand and left me with the feeling that I can call him with future computer needs.
